Starkiller Variant

Another source of iconic lightsabers comes from Star Wars video games. Some of the most successful are undoubtedly The Force Unleashed (TFU1) and The Force Unleashed II (TFU2), featuring lead character Starkiller, also known as Galen Marek. His signature lightsaber in TFU1 was the one of the first lightsabers to feature an exposed Kyber crystal chamber, inspiring the imaginations of many lightsaber designs since.
This Exhibit features a variant of Starkiller’s TFU1 lightsaber, hand-built by @space.junk.sabers and installed by @solosabersllc with Proffie board for light and sound. This variant combines the classic exposed crystal chamber seen in Starkiller’s saber with a thin-neck hilt harking back to other designs such as the Luke or Obi-wan Kenobi lightsabers. The mash-up also features a half speeder bike grip, pieces of a Master Replica Anakin Skywalker Revenge of the Sith saber and a Harbour Freight Survival Knife. The perfect combination of all these pieces makes this truly a one-of-a-kind saber.
