Black Mamba lightsaber

There has never been a lightsaber like it, and there may very well never be. Once called “the most intriguing lightsaber of all time”, the Black Mamba was created by @slothfurnace and Acerocket over a five year period. The lightsaber incorporates a unique skeletal design comprising of 224 separate parts, including 167 individually machined parts, steel braided wires and custom brass and steel parts. The lightsaber was also included by Slothfurnace, who also worked as a video game developer, in the Star Wars The Old Republic video game as the Twisted Fang lightsaber. From the gorgeous artistry of the design, to the complexity of the machining, the Black Mamba is truly a one-of-kind lightsaber that stands above any others. Only 7 Black Mambas were ever made.

This Heirloom Class Exhibit features Black Mamba 5, the first Black Mamba to ever be installed. Heirloom Class is reserved exclusively for lightsabers that are truly unique and have made a significant contribution to the lightsaber community over time. The sleek black, steel and brass of the Black Mamba exudes a menacing elegance that is unrivalled and has inspired a generation of saber smiths and enthusiasts. Installed by @spacewindu , the lightsaber features Crystal Shard 4.5 with RGB pixel, matching real quartz crystal chamber, onboard RICE port and a rechargeable high capacity 10amp battery.
