Heirloom ClassHomage Episode 5
The Homage Tribute series celebrates iconic scenes and characters from the nine episodes of the Star Wars franchise painstakingly etched on custom designs. The Episode 5 saber is etched by Vaults of Valhalla and built by Wade Sabers with a custom rotating crystal chamber and chassis, as well as a custom blade plug by Michael Murphy, aka Yoda. It is built with Proffie Neopixel light and sound for the latest technology, with more than a dozen custom fonts and quotes from Episode 5.
The two shrouds of the KR Flagship feature the intricately etched iconic scenes of the Hoth battle and the Dagobah swamp, with Yoda’s first on-screen use of the Force to lift the X-wing out of the marshes. “Do, or do not. There is no try.”
The grip features the lightsaber duel between father and son, as Vader reaches out to a distraught Luke, revealing to him the truth of his parentage. Perhaps the most amazing part of these Homage sabers is the individual hidden chassis sleeve designs. This one is etched with Boba Fett’s carbon freezing of Han Solo, with LEDs shining from the chassis through custom-milled windows in his Mandalorian armour.
