Grail Class

The King’s Guard Lightsaber

Every once in a while, a saber smith makes a one-of-a-kind lightsaber that transcends definition. This Grail Exhibit is a custom crossguard hilt designed and built by @heartsofkybersabers, inspired by The High Republic. The entire lightsaber is handcrafted, with hand machining used to create the distinctive elements. From the slightly curved grip elements, to the brass and steel bands and accents, to the real amethyst cabochons, to the intricately set crossguard fins, to the glass-eye shine-through and custom blade plug, the whole saber exudes the regal ornate elegance of a king’s weapon.

The pommel opens to reveal a removable custom chassis. The weathered chassis, custom-designed by @cantinadesigns with more than 60 individually addressable LEDs, befits the glorious beauty of the hilt. The chassis’s removable battery and speaker module with the latest Proffie board allow for punchy sound, easy practical use and endless customisation. A saber truly fit for a king.
