Darth Vader Episode 4 Lightsaber

As we come closer to May 4th, let’s take a look back at some of the sabers from the iconic first movie, way back in 1977.

The ultimate weapon of evil, Darth Vader’s lightsaber was the first lightsaber to appear on screen in Episode 4 A New Hope, hanging on his belt in his first scene. At that moment, no one could have imagined the impact that deceptively simple weapon would have. The rest is cinema history.

This Exhibit is a Roman Props MPP Replica, widely regarded as the best replica for the Vader lightsaber available. The chassis is a GOTH-3Designs Sith Lord master chassis, fully made of brass, gold and rhodium, with a double crystal chamber, an OLED screen and a kill switch. This hilt has Proffie for Neopixel light and sound.
